  This facility is poorly managed and the staff (or lack thereof) is oblivious to any sense of urgency to help their customers. I spent over 2 hours to get a license renewed. When my number was finally called it took less than 15 minutes to complete the process. The staff member that assisted was not exactly the most customer friendly either. I would also like to add that I checked multiple times on your web site and the cameras that reveal the number of people in line or sitting at the facility were not working. Leadership at this facility should be extremely embarrassed and removed from their position effective immediately. The cost that tax payers spent to fund that beautiful building is shameful and disgusting as the people running it are a total embarrassment.

  Horrible horrible experience. Staff and management is just terrible. Very simple way of saying how trash this place is.

  Got in and out in a timely manner, easily replaced my lost out of state license with the proper Iowa one. Definitely one of the best dmv experiences I've had in 3 states.
