- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terribly run business that doesn't put the customer first. If you're a fan of disappointment and unprofessionalism, you've found the right place! Ordered a canvas print for my wife's birthday and about everything went wrong. An employee, Nick, quoted me an approximate price for my request. When I went to go pick it up (they called me 15 minutes before close and expected me to get there in time, I needed it that day) the print was on the wrong material, it was the wrong style, and it was double the price I was quoted. Despite all my arguments they still never acknowledged their own wrongs and mistakes in the order and still made me pay double. I gave in cause it was my wife's birthday and this was her present. I left and I won't ever come back. They probably run a lot of prints and to keep customers they can probably afford to let one slide. Even when it was the fault of the employee not an difficult customer. No attempt to make it up to me after the print was already messed up.
