- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I expect a certain level of professionalism at places I decide to take my business and normally I wouldn't write a review on-line but when a person goes above and beyond like Kathy did I felt compelled to let others know about my experience. I was frustrated with a bank that made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them when I had questions or when I would walk in and the first impression I got was that they were annoyed they had to stop talking and assist me. The moment I opened the door to the bank Kathy and another lady had huge welcoming smiles. I unloaded a little to Kathy about my experience and she took it in stride. She didn't bank bash the competition instead she apologized on behalf of the banking profession. She answered my questions with great confidence, making sure that she was talking to me and not above me. She provided me with some information to take back to my husband and made sure that when I walked out that door I had a smile on my face. - Thanks Kathy, that really made my day!!!!By Kylie yatchak, April 14, 2017
