  Employee was incredibly rude. I waited for over an hour only, which was not a huge deal to me. However, when it was my turn to go up to one of the stations the employee was so rude and had a major attitude. I did my best to be nice but he tried it, he clearly does not like working with people which I do not understand why he is working there if he is going to continue to be rude to people. I stepped out to go grab something and when i came back he was gone from the station even though he was still helping me. His coworker was much more polite and helped me while he was gone.

  I went in to renew my address, change my name, and get a new driver's license. Everyone I talked with was very professional and even friendly which I was surprised about because I read some reviews here that were less than great. I went at the worst time (end of month on a Friday after work) and the line was pretty bad. I had to wait for about 45 minutes. If you just need to renew your license and want to avoid the lines you can do it online or at one of the kiosks there!

  INSANELY RUDE STAFF. Failed my girlfriend at her driving test over a problem that wasn't even her fault, HE EVEN SAID THIS. She did nothing wrong and was failed, I tried calling in and talking to a supervisor to get it looked over, I was nice the whole time, the second I picked up I could tell the man didn't want to be there. He was rude to me and accused me of being rude when I simply asked why he was being rude. I asked for a supervisor and his name and he wouldn't give me either. If he was my employee, he wouldn't have a job anymore.
