When I call they pick up the phone and I talk to a real live person who speaks English :) I receive speedy and accurate quotes while enjoying their friendly service. I have asked questions via email and typically receive same day replies. The rates are reasonable and when I have a claim they are empathetic and pay quickly without a hassle. They gave me great advice when trying to deal with my claims, medical bills & even my settlement with another insurance company. Great enviornment & fun to talk to!
